Ivaylo Mishev

Since 2022 Ivaylo has been heading the CEE expansion of BLD – the leading Bulgarian residential developer, part of the largest property holding in the country – AG Capital, with investments in a variety of asset classes including residential, PRS, office, logistics, retail parks.

Ivaylo is originally from Varna, Bulgaria and holds BSc and MBA degrees from the UK Universities of Portsmouth and Sheffield respectively. Before joining BLD he managed the Bulgarian development business of one of the leading Baltic developers for nearly 14 years and spent 2 years in the defense and green energy sectors. He speaks Bulgarian and English and understands German and Polish.
