Paul Kusmierz

Paul Kusmierz, a US citizen originally from Minnesota, has been active in the Polish and CEE real estate markets since 1996. He has been involved in numerous real estate transactions as an investor, sponsor, adviser, and debt finance originator. Working in partnerships Mr. Kusmierz has been responsible for over 40 transaction totalling over 1.4 billion Euros, across 30 locations in Central & Eastern Europe.

Master Management Group (MMG) specializes in real estate management, development, redevelopment and acquisitions of high-quality retail-based properties located in key markets throughout Poland. As a private company, it has been active on the market for 18 – years offering successfully implementing independent projects and cooperating with the world’s largest institutional funds and property investors. MMG has worked with such partners as Marcol, Europa Capital, DRFG as well as in a joint venture with Blackstone. MMG has developed, acquired, managed, and divested a portfolio of retail properties of over 500,000 sqm GLA. Currently, MMG manages 130,000 sq m of retail and mixed-use space in Poland.
