Monika Wozniak-Zawiola

Monika has 25 years of experience in the real estate industry in Poland since the emerging market in the late 1990s, participating in the implementation of groundbreaking projects. She is currently Managing Director Poland of sustainability advisor BOPRO active in 15 EU countries. She has acquired comprehensive expertise and awareness of business management and administration, specializing in real estate, investments and retail, and performed various tasks and responsibilities in the field of general management and supervision/ team management (incl. the functions of CEO and President of the Management Board), in the areas of: operations, business development, investments/ transactions (> EUR 1 billion), M&A, asset and real estate portfolio management, re-/ development/ construction of commercial real estate (mix-use, residential, commercial, office, PRS, student and senior housing).

She has a proven track record in settling and growing the new business.  Previously CEO – EQUILIS Poland. Former: Head of Retail Capital Markets, Lead Group Asset Management Europe Immofinanz, also ECE, Trigranit, ING Real Estate.

Monika graduated from universtites in Warsaw: SGH (Economics, postgraduate studies – real estate management and management; “Advisor in Asset Management”), SGGW (Animal Science). She is licensed by CCIM (CCIM Institute in Chicago). As a supporter of “life-long learning”, she has completed numerous courses, including: in the field of finance, law, “wealth management” and ESG, communication, marketing and management, including “Organizational Leadership” at Harvard Business School.
