David F. Dixon

David is a partner in the Real Estate practice team in Dentons’ Warsaw office. Having been in professional practice for more than 25 years, he is a widely recognized and highly respected real estate, M&A, private equity and investment advisor active throughout Europe, with a particular emphasis on Poland, CEE and adjacent emerging markets.

David has a unique blend of real estate, corporate, M&A and financing experience. He advises on all aspects of real estate law, including M&A, JVs, debt and equity financing and leasing; corporate M&A (strategic and private equity investments, issuer representation in IPOs and secondary offerings); high tech/telecoms, including IP and proprietary information licensing and financing; corporate and fund restructuring; and banking and finance. He has represented regional property funds, institutional investors and financial institutions on real estate transactions as well as investment banks, strategic investors and private equity funds in M&A deals across Europe.
