Marcel Sedlak

Marcel Sedlak has been the Group CEO of Asset Management at HB Reavis since 2023. He’s developed business excellence over a career that spans two decades. Starting as a Chief Investment Officer, Marcel has been here for all the company’s significant milestones, such as entering new markets. 2017 went down in HB Reavis history as the year when the brand entered the German market, with Marcel as the newly appointed CEO and a leader who made such an accomplishment happen.

Between 2010 and 2017, Marcel was also an HB Reavis Executive Management member, utilising his experience as a general counsel and lawyer. Marcel’s cross-market experience and excellent leadership skills continue to help elevate the operations of our whole group.
