An experienced Commercial Property finance and investment professional with 25+ years experience in banking and real estate development. Strong both at transaction acquisition and negotiation and real estate portfolio management, currently heading real estate finance department at Ceska Spořitelna, a bank with the longest tradition in the Czech market.

Martina is responsible for structuring property finance and investment transactions delivered to a broad range of clients including developers and institutional investors. Participated in a large number of projects related to all relevant asset classes, i.e. office, retail schemes and industrial properties or hotels, advising vendors, buyers and developers predominantly in CZE, but co-managing clients active also in other CEE countries.
