Karol Pilniewicz

Karol joined Futureal in 2021 to focus on the investment part of the business. He is responsible for leading the operational, corporate, and development strategies for Futureal’s CEE investments. Karol has over twenty year-experience in the real estate industry including investments, developments and commercial project financing. Prior to joining Futureal, Karol worked at Cromwell Property Group, overseeing the CEE region. Futureal is Central Europe’s dominant retail and office real estate developer, with completed projects covering 750,000 sqm of GLA with a total value of in excess of €1.6 billion.
