Sven is a real estate developer/investor and hotelier, esteemed for undertaking some of the most challenging and meticulous Real Estate development projects with outstanding success in Germany, Poland and Spain since 1990. Since 2014 active and resident in Malta. Sven is a banker and institutional bond trader by education with experience on the Munich and London Stock Exchange.

Sven is through his Maltese Holding Company TIMAN Investments Holdings Ltd. the 97% majority shareholder of IBB Hotel Collection.

Von der Heyden Group has so far completed an investment program of Euro 650 million which the group will bring the total investment volume to Euro 750 million by the end 2025 once its current Developments in Poland and Portugal will be completed. The Group employs around 300 employees in 8 different countries in Europe.
