2025 Awards how to enter

The entry process for the 2025 edition of CEEQA is simple and free of any charge to enter.

For the full list of 2025 award categories and access to entry forms see below. Entries are judged purely on merit by a jury panel of 46 esteemed and influential industry leaders and experts in CEE & SEE commercial real estate investment, development and finance.

CEEQA is the main industry awards and flagship annual gathering for industry leaders in CEE & SEE commercial real estate. Established in the market place for more than 20 years, the awards recognise excellence in commercial real estate investment, development finance and consulting across 18 countries in Central & Eastern Europe and Southeast Europe, widely regarded as sector’s the most trusted measure of business achievement and market influence.

CEEQA Gala 21 May Wyscigi, Warsaw

This year’s CEEQA Gala takes place once again at the prestigious Wyscigi race course in Warsaw on Wednesday 21 May.

For more than 20 years the flagship annual event for the CEE & SEE real estate sector has brought together 700 industry leaders in investment, development, finance and consulting from across Europe for the CEEQA champagne reception, gala dinner and awards ceremony, and renowned CEEQA after party.

Unparalleled hospitality and world class entertainment have established CEEQA as the elite destination gathering for the sector’s most influential professionals. Recent guest entertainers have included Morcheeba, Atomic Kitten, M People, Boomtown Rats and Macy Gray.

How to enter

Entering the awards is free. Any building, company or industry professional from across the sector can enter the awards by submitting an entry form on the CEEQA website when entries open on 19 November.

Submitting an entry form provides the jury with accurate information to support the nomination and improves a candidate’s chances of success.

The entry and judging process for the CEEQA awards is widely respected for its rigorous process, transparency and reliability of results, the sector’s most trusted and valued industry recognition.

The short list of candidates following the first round of judging is published on 8 April. The winners are announced on 21 May at the 2025 CEEQA Gala in Warsaw.

SECTOR LEADERSHIP AWARD

The seventh award in this section is CEEQA’s garland annual award for an individual who has made a significant and durable contribution to the sector regionally and internationally. This award is given by the organiser in consultation with the jury, and is the only award announced before the Gala. It is not possible to enter this award category:

Lifetime achievement in real estate The sector’s garland award for significant and durable contribution to the CEE & SEE real estate market place. Sponsor Generali Real Estate.

TRANSACTION AWARDS * new categories

Two new categories will be available to enter in 2025 once awards entry opens for investment transactions completed during the last calendar year up to and including 31st January 2024, in two categories:

BUILDING OF THE YEAR AWARDS

For business leadership and achievement in commercial real estate development during the last calendar year up to and including 31st January 2024, in five categories:

Office development of the year
Retail development of the year sponsor Sentient
Hotel & leisure development of the year
Residential development of the year
