Kamil Kowa MRICS

Kamil has more than 20 years management and transactional experience, and specialises in strategic consultancy. In January 2024 he was appointed Managing Director of Savills’ Poland operations, a consultancy firm employing over 200 professionals. In this role, he is responsible for business development in the Polish market, strengthening the company’s position in Central and Eastern Europe and developing cooperation within regional structures.

Kamil is a promoter of a modern and socially responsible approach to the real estate business, with an emphasis on understanding client needs, sustainability and innovation. Previously, as Head of Corporate Finance & Valuation at Savills, he implemented cutting-edge technologies that revolutionised real estate valuation processes, strengthening the company’s position as one of the leading valuers in Poland.

Prior to joining Savills in 2015, Kamil spent more than a decade leading advisory projects and teams at EY, supporting companies with real estate challenges in the CEE region. He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, Warsaw University of Technology and Sheffield Hallam University, as well as a licensed real estate valuer with qualifications from Polish, UK and German institutions.
